Your priorities

Understand what sits behind the lending exposure

Agricultural collateral changes as livestock move, custody changes and records are updated. Bring that evidence into your ongoing credit review, not just the initial lending decision.

Strengthen collateral verification

Review evidence of asset existence, location and custody instead of relying on a single point-in-time picture.

Identify issues earlier

Surface location anomalies, missing records and evidence gaps so credit and risk teams can prioritise follow-up.

Reduce the reporting chase

Bring third-party asset information together for a more consistent view across reviews and reporting cycles.

Support clearer credit discussions

Use traceable records and exception history to inform exposure monitoring, covenant reviews and internal risk conversations.

How AAC helps

Livestock collateral monitoring with evidence you can review

AAC’s Risk Solutions combines verified third-party data analysis with dashboards, alerts and audit trails for lenders and enterprise asset owners.

Asset and movement visibility

Review recorded existence, location, custody and movement across the assets in your agreed pilot cohort.

Exceptions that need attention

Bring data gaps, location anomalies and value variances into a review queue so your team can investigate the signals that matter.

Evidence for your risk team

Use reporting, audit trails and evidence packs to support collateral reviews and explain the information behind decisions.

A focused pilot

Start with one portfolio question

A focused pilot lets your lending team assess the usefulness of AAC’s evidence against a defined risk objective before considering a wider rollout.

  1. Step 1

    Choose the exposure

Identify a livestock or agricultural asset cohort and the collateral question your team needs to answer.

  2. Step 2

    Agree the evidence

Review available data, identify gaps and agree the monitoring and reporting outputs that matter to your credit process.

  3. Step 3

    Review the pilot

Assess the visibility, exceptions and evidence delivered, then decide whether to extend the service.

Questions before you start

A practical starting point

Does AAC provide agricultural loans?

No. This service supports lenders with asset visibility and independent assurance evidence. It is not a loan offer or a financing application.

Is this a replacement for credit assessment?

No. AAC provides evidence to support your team’s assessment and ongoing monitoring. Lending decisions and credit policies remain with the lender.

What assets can a pilot cover?

AAC’s existing coverage starts with beef and lamb. Other commodities and fixed agricultural assets can be discussed, with scope and available evidence agreed before the pilot.

What should we include in an enquiry?

Tell us the asset type, the portfolio or cohort you want to review and your main risk objective. Select Risk Solutions on the enquiry form.

Start a pilot conversation

Bring a lending question. Start with a focused pilot.

Tell AAC which assets you finance, where visibility is limited and what your credit team needs to review. We can discuss a practical pilot scope and reporting outcome.
